Board of Directors & Officers

The Chamber is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the general membership and employs a qualified staff to implement Board decisions and coordinate projects.

Edward Carrillo, President

State Farm Insurance Agent and elected City Treasurer for the City of Rialto.  Ed is a USMC veteran and member of the Semper Fi Memorial Honor Detail at the Riverside National Cemetery.  He is a member of the Rialto Youth Accountability Board. Ed is the 2013-2015 president for the Chamber.


Greg Lantz, VP of Economic Development

Manager of Economic Development for the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency, City of Rialto.  Greg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004.  He sits on the Executive Committee, a member of the Taste of Rialto Planning Committee, member of the Business Expo Planning Committee, Quarterly Luncheon Planning Committee and he oversees the City Banner Program, and is Vice President of Economic Development.

Midge Zupanic, Treasurer

Rialto Chamber's Treasurer and in the past has served as President of the Chamber.  She is active in many aspects of the Chamber and has headed up the Golf Tournament for several years.  Midge is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Rialto.

 

 
John Brockhouse, VP of Legislative Affairs

John is a partner in the firm of Brockhouse and Hallum, CPAs.  Mr. Brockhouse has served many roles in the Chamber and is currently the liaison with the Rialto Downtown Owners Association (RDOA).  He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Rialto.

Legislative

The Chamber has dedicated committees in the areas of Legislative Affairs, Public Relations, Economic Development, Education Committee and Community Affairs.  These committees are the backbone of the organization mobilizing the business community to carry out programs to better serve our membership and the City.
